it is random, when you submit the form it will say in the URL the result as win or non winner. The game is just a predetermined result at that point.
You don't need to be a coder to change the URL from "NON_WINNER" to "WINNER"

How did you get this? Did you play all 5 entries at once? I wonder if you play once, and if it’s a loss, the other four entries are destined to lose as well. Which means you can only win on the first ‘hit’ or entry
Not sure but after a few days of 5 entry attempts each day, this one was on the first hit.
