After a bit of back and forth and I said I will check head office and proceeded to call and then they just gave me my wrap.
I don't know if they get reimbursed by this because they seem quite shittyDon't you just order it through the app?

Just watch out vouchers expire at 12.01am on the day it says if will expire so use it the day before it states. Went to use my free coffee that finally arrived over the weekend after winning on the first day with an expiration date of 03/03/25 and it was already expired..

Vouchers are linked to your Soul Origin account so by either giving them access to your account or you place an order and have them collect it.

I've entered 3 times & been a loser all 3. I seem to be particularly unlucky with this comp. I hope their food is meh, so I can console myself.

I've been to Soul Origin a few times because there's one within walking distance and I think the food is pretty good. Apparently my mum's friend has tried every Soul Origin nearby and says my local is the best, she especially recommends the chicken & avocado.
