i’ve had their indian range and the tikka masala with chicken is as good as restaurant take away, i also sometimes use the korma and add a bag of frozen veggies.
haven’t tried the thai, korean, etc but will give them a go.
The Pad Thai is great and probably the standout of these to me.. rather sugary but probably half the fat of your local takeaway.
The satay was nice but lacked the kick off making the sauce yourself.
So these "kits" need assembly? Isn't that besides the point of convenience food?
Also, passage sounds a bit dirty.
I've tried all the Passage to India curry series and they are absolute crap. They are not the least authentic and you won't find any Indians touching them. Strangely sour and sweet mostly. Can't comment about these but I'm avoiding since they can't even get their original products right. Probably acceptable for those who can't tell the difference. If you like an authentic taste avoid.
Are there any Indian/Asian kits that you think are good? Like Street Kitchen or something else…
