Unlike that big failure known as ShopCred/RewardBucks. They talked themselves up with so much promise and bam… nothing.
Yeah it's easy to put on the shiny facade these days, when you have a building riddled with decay and no foundation and substance to begin with. Time will tell, but my experiences with shopback have only been positive so far. It's how you adapt to change and I'm adapting pretty well to fatter cashbacks from shopback.
Cashrewards have also been having fat cashbacks. Particularly on Groupon recently. Either way, now that they have a real competitor I think we can expect some pretty awesome deals from both providers!
@Clear: Yeah they've been having some good promotions lately. But the past few years CR cashbacks just keep on going down.
@Clear: When I signed up years ago. Aliexpress was %10, Menulog was a lot higher, Ebay 2%, Chemist warehouse, All the ones like booking.com. It would be interesting to see what they all started at, but I think some might have been reduced because cashreward's commission has been reduced too.
@frondono: That's not CR's fault. The companies have been decreasing their affiliate rates so CR are forced to decrease theirs. It also applies to ShopBack. That's why they doubled their eBay cashback at a loss when there are eBay sales. Right now they're at 1%.
I'm an AliExpress affiliate myself and they decreased their rate BIG TIME years ago. Caused a massive stir in the affiliate world. You can thank Russia for that one.
I did hear rumours that eBay affiliate rate is somewhere around 7%. Not sure if that is true though
@Clear: Yeah I was trying to justify some of the decreases. I know these rates are always changing.
Yeah I've been thinking about the affiliate program, cause it looks it would be fairly easy to set up a shop front for some of the better stores that use your link to channel through. It's seems like a bit of a goldmine for some of the stores I've checking out.
@frondono: If you've got the right site and visitors you can easily make a fortune. The worst part about it though is seeing dozens of sales track only to have the store reject it months later because they used a coupon. I had that trouble with Gearbest all the time.

The code LAST just won't work for me. Try 2 different things and both said invalid.
"Last" is still advertised on their main page till midnight 30 Jun, it didn't LAST long…
I've used the code to buy local off Groupon and shopback has tracked the clicks…but there's no confirmation of tracking of the sale. What's going on? Cashrewards usually tells me it's been tracked right away.
