    its on the main page of their website too. Not sure how it works though because their online ordering is still the same - guess just buy 1 ticket then rock up with the voucher and hope its not overbooked?

      I wouldn't do that. Just go to the box office and buy the tickets there. I've never seen the IMAX theater full other than maybe a premiere of a big movie, otherwise it's usually rather empty. Thanks for posting OP.

      The voucher says "Voucher can only be redeemed in person" at the very bottom of it, which I assume would mean you'd need to buy the tickets at the box office.

  I've been waiting ages for Tron legacy to come off "No Free Tickets" at IMAX Melbourne so I can use a Buy 1 Get 1 Free voucher from the Entertainment Book. As at 2nd Feb, it still says "No Free Tickets" at the bottom of the Tron page. Can anyone confirm I can use this offer for Tron? Thx

    Yes you can - I work there and we didn't notice the No Free Tickets had been left on the bottom of that page - it's been removed now so sorry about that. This offer is valid for any session any time in Feb 2011 with the only minor conditions being as correctly posted by 'nowlan' above. TRON is awesome in IMAX (I'm biased of course) - enjoy!

      Thanks so much for confirming this and fixing the error. I had an inkling that the "NFT" was forgotten about since it is really hard to see on the webpage!
      EDIT: It says something about the times when you get an answer faster after posting to an online forum than calling the actual business and waiting on the phone for half an hour.

      Actually, I have to disagree… I've seen Tron in 3D three times now, once at IMAX and the others at Hoyts, and the 3D at IMAX was terrible. The crosstalk (doubled images) was shocking and extremely distracting. I was sitting to the side though, so it might be better in the middle. I'm tempted to go again.
