Is this actually a worthwhile saving, especially if I was considering the fly more pack normally?
I bought a Spark (without fly more pack) for $520 and thought it was a good price, this seems like a bargain to me. It comes with the original DJI warranty, so there's not much downside I can see.
You can easily add extra batteries etc and still be well ahead.
The batteries are actually available under the same offer at $62.2 (79.99 - 20%) each. Charging doc at $80 (99 -20%)
All up minus extra storage carry case, props and other Fly more items it’s about ~$600 to get in the air.

Would the 24 months from Australian consumer law still apply?
There is no such thing as 24 months under ACL. It's a complete myth.
ACL states you should be covered for a 'reasonable' amount of time.
OK, I thought it was the same rule as in Europe.
So is it just that most manufacturers / sellers in Australia consider that a reasonable period is 24 months?
For instance if I look at JB Hifi, they state a manufacturer warranty of 12 months from DJI but also will cover it for up to 2 years under their "minimum voluntary warranty" (https://www.jbhifi.com.au/Documents/Consumer%20Warranties%20…)

Nah, says expected delivery 9th July on my order…..
Received mine in Monday! Both remote and drone box were sealed and it had a refurb sticker from DJI on it. Date of 03/2018 on it.

So did mine, but it got delivered much earlier. Lately all the ETAs have been grossly wrong in eBay, almost as if the feed between eBay and AusPost is not working.

Just received the below email from Dick Smith:
"We regret to inform you that, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to ship your DJI Spark (Alpine White) - Official DJI Refurbished as quickly as originally expected.
Your item is now expected to be shipped from our warehouse by the 18th of July."

I have a question. Is dick smith dji authorized retailer? considering to buy the care refresh.
It says it ships from Melbourne but is this overseas stock? Ie can you go to dji directly for warranty of have to go through kogan/dse?
