RACQ has the cheapest movie tickets I have seen (Telstra are good, but kid's tickets are same price as adult's). They are having a sale for Double Passes which must be redeemed on or before 30 Sept.
Adult double pass - $20
Kids double pass - $16
Note that you must be an RACQ member to qualify and movies are through Event Cinemas.
Single adult ticket - $12.50
Single kid ticket - $10
Note - this if for normal cinema, V-Max has a surcharge, plus there is also a booking fee if you book online.
[QLD] RACQ Movie Tickets Adults $20 (for Two) - Kids $15 (for Two) - Must Redeem on or before Sept 30 @ ExperienceOz

It states "Valid at any QLD Event Cinemas and BCC Cinemas"
I've used this in NSW - no issues before.
cheers
Remember there's no booking fees for Telstra tickets.
Do you have to be an RACQ member?
Those prices are more than regular prices in the cinema. What’s wrong with you sir? No idea which event cinema u go to but I have never paid more than 9$ per adult in brisbane
How ? I paid $13 on cheaper Tuesday night. The evouchers sold by event cinema work out about $15 per ticket unless they discount it for promotion otherwise you don't get $9 per ticket, other than that, how do you get $9 ???
You used to able to just show your racq card at the counter without prebooking. Not sure if this is still the case.
I'd like to know if that's the case, because I would do it
cineplex prices are still cheaper at $8.50 for adult, $4.50 for kids 2-12/pensioners and $6.50 students/health card holders
https://www.cineplex.com.au/PricingV-Max is any screen at least 20m wide, and cineplex has multiple cinemas that match that size at normal pricing
Does this work in NSW?
