Some pretty good discounts! In store or online.
Definitely not the lowest price ever but I'd call that close enough. Stock up!!!!!

A/D senior chemist @ oil company re synthetic oil v mineral:
"MUCH better to change your oil more often than use a expensive oil"
That's all folks!
Some cars actually require full synthetic oil, such as most turbocharged cars and other high performance engines.
Full synthetic oil is not just supposed to last longer, but flows better at low temperatures and remains more stable at extreme temperatures for better protection.
If your dealer/mechanic lets you to bring your own oil you might as well buy your own full synthetic oil at a discount - it usually works out the same, even slightly cheaper than what the mechanic is charging for conventional (mineral) oil.
I for one do not increase my oil change interval (15,000 km or 1 year whichever is sooner) just because I use full synthetic.
how is this compared to castrol ? this is $10 less
The Castrol Edge 5W-30 is for 10L not 5L, so technically speaking this is ALOT more expensive (~$35 more expensive) than that one.
If you change oils every half a year, then just use Castrol Edge it will have pretty much exactly the same effect.
Yes its slightly better but negligible and not worth the extra money.
