        there is another verification link on the page, they will charge small amount and you just need to check your online banking and put in the amount on their verification page.

          That's what I did but still received in Review email only and no giftcards although after verifying the small amount it brought me to this page "Payment verified. Thank you for verifying your payment. Your Prezzee Order#### will be processed shortly. You will receive an email once it has been processed. No further action is required."

        wish their after sales support is as good their pre-sale one. No reply to my email and message for a few hours now. Also, no one picks up phone only voice message to which haven't heard back still.

    With the egift card from cashrewards I always get two numbers on one card. A long number for online and a short one for in-store. I only got one long number for each one of their cards can I use that long number in-store?

      The last 10 digits is what you need instore.

      If you comparetge egift card you get from cash rewards ypu will see the short number is just a sub set of the long number

      For the record, the short code does appear in a dropdown menu (at least on the Web version), or in the expanded text towards the bottom of the message. But as others pointed out you can simply just grab the last 10 digits of the full number.

    Can someone explain to me how to redeem it instore? When I go through the self service checkout and press 'card' I'm unsure how to proceed from there. I have the long number for both vouchers.

      Instead of choosing 'Card', the should be an option for 'Other payment type' (or words to that effect) just underneath.

      Tap that option then choose eGift card. The EFTPOS terminal will prompt you to enter the last ten digits of your long number (this is the in-store number), followed by your PIN.

      Hope that helps :)

      Alternatively do not use a self service and pick a young operator. They are used to entering digits and know what to do.

          I just meant the young one are used to texting. In fact the older ones do often know more as the youngsters are casuals and sometimes quite new.
