I am always keen for competition.
Prices are high, freight is expensive and product choice is poor.
But your returns and quality assurance policy is atrocious.
Boozebud and winedirect have it all over you.
No chance of any support on ozbargain.
Appreciated but product range will be ever increasing. Some prices are very competitive and blow competition out of the water. Returns policy protects customers first.

You are saying if we buy a carton and it’s rubbish, because we have opened it it is not eligible for a refund and you have not stated who pays for return freight.
This is not industry norm and your policy needs reform.

I understand yours is new so will keep an eye on it though.
Do you mean the user experience or the prices? I'd hope my prices are the driving factor on OzBargain, but the website format is a work in progress.

Hard to say on prices as it's a very small sample size. The only beer I'm interested in that you have is the Barossa Stout which isn't on the other sites I use, so I guess that's a plus.
Would be good to have filtering when you add more beers so can search for pale ales, stouts, porters etc.
Always good to have options so I'll certainly keep an eye on it as it grows.
