Paying via gift card not working for me. Annoying! Wasted 30 mins on hold with the online shop support before giving up. Tried different browsers, devices, networks, etc. and can't pay with gift card. Can't even check balance.

    Nope. I've been hammering their support all weekend (phone, email, Facebook) and the best they've come up with is "we're looking into it, thanks for your patience".
    
    EDIT: of course right after I write that it seems to be fixed now.
