SCA site alternative

Was at SCA to pick up some cheap engine oil and saw this on sale in the same catalog. Hasn't been this low in price for a while, and haven't seen it cheaper before either.

Good quality jack. As usual, always use jack stands and make note of the maximum height of this (375mm) compared to your jack stand minimum height. A lot cheaper than the popular alternative Costco Arcan jack if you have a <2000kg car, although my local has stopped selling it and now sells a 1800kg Torin jack for $155.

1600kg load limit
Working height range: 85 - 375mm
Low profile steel design, suitable for lowered vehicles
Net weight 13.9kg
Durable finish
Complies to AS/NZS 2615:2004 as amended by CPN No.10 Mandatory Trolley Jack Standard

Cheaper again if you buy from their eBay page

    Code PULL5 for 5% off

    • Or use this deal for 10% off online.

      • Doesn't qualify by itself ($75 min spend) but the 5% off is a good tip. Editing OP.

wow the safety standards must be pretty low

bought this one and found 375mm max height is not enough to put the stand jacks underneath.

    • My stands fit fine using this jack.

Looks like we have a stand-off on our hands

  • Bought this in the last sale. Like a true OzBargainer, it's still in the box.

Wonder if I need another one…?

    • For sure just in case one fails on u

  • Can this jack be used to jack both front wheels of a commodore?

    Yoo.
Bought this jack a while back. Just a heads up but doesn't quite lift up my Honda Prelude VTI-R 97 up in the air with the two front wheels in the air. Nor does it do that in to the rear. Otherwise, its a good jack. You'd have to be significantly lower than a stock Prelude to be able to lift your car unless you use wooden blocks etc. to raise the jack height.
