If delayed, how long did it took for you?
I ordered on the 1st of June (2pm) and received them today. They did not post them until the 7th of June. I am located in northern NSW and would say this is one of the slowest orders I have had in a long time.
Thank you. Ordered it today morning. I guess they will send all orders together when the offer ends. For example, this offer ends on 13 June and they might start sending all of them on 14 June.
Had a TV from an eBay deal, took 2 weeks to ship out.

Recieved a message saying delays may occur due to high volume of purchases however still arrived 7 days later

i bought one in the last sale, they sent me a message saying that there will be a delayed shipping due to huge demand from ebay sale. A bit frustrating, I need it just before my overseas flight on friday (TRS) but estimated arrival is between friday and monday… might have to run into JB and pick one up just before my flight and return the videopro one..
But it's $499 at JB. What would you price match it with?
I got mine from them pretty quickly during their first round of offer. I think they were legit hammered with sales…
It took me total 6 days. My order was Fri 11pm and delivery was the following Thu. Fairly quick.

I bought this when the post initially came up but couldn’t find it again after? I bought last Thursday and got a message it was being dispatched today for a delivery time of up to two weeks!
I messaged them asking if I could pay for express post and it was a flat no (same situation as another poster - I’m flying out next Friday).
I went to pricematch at JB but they would only pricematch the website - not the ebay sale.
As for this or the Seinheissers, I’ve got the seinheisser (from the qantas sale) and love them. These are for the mrs. I’m guessing they’ll be pretty similar. She can choose which one she wants and I’ll take what’s left.
Seriously would not fly without these again. It makes the trip so much more enjoyable without the constant droning noise!
I was in Brisbane for work when I bought it so I called them up asking if I could pop into their warehouse and pick them up but also told not possible. No go with the express post query either.
My suggestion if you dont receive it before you fly off, just buy it at the full price at JB, and return the Videopro headphones to JB sealed for a full refund. If you're applicable for TRS you can use the receipt from Videopro (they send it to your email). In theory this should work?

I ordered the QC25s from the last sale and about two weeks later when they were due, they said they'd run out but they offered to upgrade me to the current model for $100 more. I took it and I got mine today! Very, very happy :)
Got Bose to price-match a non-certified retailer with the QC35s in the past at $400 (when this was an excellent price).
Was really lucky and I guess staff on duty were in a good mood or something.
