Hi nubzy. Not quite sure to be honest. I think you need to be in their database. If not mistaken, I was added when I purchased something a few years ago.
Besides, you may not even need the card as the deal is accessible to the public for Oroton products (through the promotion code). If they ask, perhaps mention it and tell them you forgot it at home.

They have an "outlet" section which runs for a week every so often, which might explain some cheaper bags showing. It finished today or yesterday and literally the products and whole section just disappear from the site. It's still generally cheaper at DFO, but as always the selection there is limited.
If you can hold out, wait until end of season and go to dfo.
I refuse to support an organisation and its lame ass shop or anyone who have such dodgy return policies. Prices arent that cheap and you get treated as third world shoppers. When you have such good companies like coles and woolworth group in Australia, why in the world would you go to DFO…
Yeah DFO was good when they started but rent has been jacked up so high for the businesses that they have had to in turn jack up the prices to the same as any other retail store. Sure you will find a few bargains at DFO but nothing worth the trip if it is not around the corner from you.

Oroton is online and in-store. Ralph is in-store. That's my understanding from the card anyway.
Do we use the same code PS2011, for ralph lauren as well? or just go in and its 50% off? Though, alot of the better stuff is excluded, bummer.
My comment above has the details provided on the card. Anyway it states "Conditions: This card can be used as many times as you wish from 26.01.11 to 30.01.11 inclusive. Purchase limit of 5 units per style per transaction." which may mean you are required to have the card in order to benefit from the 50%. Depends on the store/staff on whether a mention of the discount will suffice.

Sorry, the reason I didn't scan and post was because it contains personal details including name, address and the like. Therefore, it wouldn't be of much use. There is also a barcode though I'm not sure whether it is unique or not.
The barcode is just a mailing barcode for Australia Post to use.

I think they are 2 different things. The promotion on their website says is up to 50%. The coupon is

I used to work for thr Oroton Group so I know all about this promotion that is why I posted it here. You can get the 50% off pretty much just by pushing the staff, just say you never got it in the mail but you are a member and pretty much they will give it to you.
DFO has 50%off the marked price deals for both RL and Oroton a couple of times a year.
Having purchased Oroton stuff in the past, 50% off is about what the goods are worth. Terribly over priced for the average quality that they represent.

This special treatment would make people to think that this is an extra special deal and rush to buy impulsively. Not to mention the advertising and image-polishing value they get from that….Speaking for my self, I believe this is a very lame deal as their items are extremely overpriced and still too expensive even after the mentioned discount.
