If you click on the size guide, it will show you a table which correlates UK 10 to EU 45 - which you can see in the size selector too - "10 (45)".
I also had a popup that flashed the FW20 code and said all sizes are UK sizes.

I had a pair of these, very durable and long-lasting shoe. Won't win any design awards, but a good buy at $40.
Best suited for gym work or cross-training; insufficient support for running.

From memory, they were a true fit. They're not a shoe with a heap of cushioning and spring, so that's why I suggested they're best suited to general gym work or low-impact etc
