  A Youi customer service consultant will call you to finalise details of the policy.

  Even if you don't like their premiums and decide not to proceed they will call on a daily basis until you answer. Worst thing I ever did was attempt a quote from youi.

  Is Youi the one that ups your premiums if you make a non-at fault claim? Or are they the ones who make you pay the excess then they consider if you were at fault or not?

  No matter how good Youi pricing might be i wont touch them
  the way they constantly hound you even after you say No to their quote etc is unacceptable.
  Terrible company.

  It was $50 before - I used the same deal. It's been more than 6 months now and I'm still waiting for cashback. cash rewards history shows my clicks, I took the deal but for some reason, cash back is still pending. I found Woolworths was on the best offer but I prefered Youi because of this offer.
