I feel like this is pointless because you could literally list anything that is around $7 and call it a bargain

True, happy to have it removed if deemed inappropriate. Just wanting to share as I had trouble looking for "useful" items to buy with this code.

      • Maybe a forum post would be more appropriate.

      • That's only if gene requests it to be removed. As a mod, we don't simply remove deals just because they're a) unpopular or b) they get posted and the OP comments that 'mods please remove it'

(We're not Batman and are not looking for any bat-shaped lights)

If (Gene) you'd like it to be removed, please use the Report button (OP only). We assess if it's okay to remove it on a case-by-case basis — if there are lots of discussion and useful comments the deal might not be removed.
        Thanks.

        • I’ll let the community decide. Have a great weekend, folks!

          @gene:

We should have a vote like Big Brother.

Ozbrother with the host with the most, Scrimshaw.

          I vote we leave it.

@gene: I need the ideas on what to do with the $7 so happy to see these here! Shame I already got memory sticks all over the place.

I literally say this exact same thing every time a deal is posted for any item included in an eBay 20% off sale and get pitch-forked out of town.

  • I read the specs and still can't work out what the write speeds are.

    • It varies depending what type of file you write onto it. Don't expect anything fast.

      • varies depending what type of file you write onto it.

That applies to anything, they can still state maximum/average speeds.

      • Sometimes people slap a USB3 interface on an ultra slow flash chip and you only get 2MB/s writes. I care about sequential writes as my current USB sticks take forever to fill up.

Not sure what to do with your WISH7 code?

No, because eBay suck and I didn't get it.

    • And that's why you should broden some eBay accounts for times like this!
