      Not for me and I'm sure there are many others, who don't want 3 years old software version with no security update.

      There is no point releasing a phone in 2018 with Marshmallow 6.0

      There are plenty of other options.

        I disagree with this in one particular point but its beyond the point of this post…

        If I get an apple or any western android phone, your data goes straight to asio or the nsa or any of the 5 eyes.

        If I get a china phone my data may go back to the Chinese military who dont have any jurisdiction in Australia nor do they share information with the West.

        So who I fear most?

        btw. I dont use FB and I dont do any form of social media. I think anyone who does doesnt care about security. I'm sure many people here cry about security yet have no issue with Facebook or Cambridge Analytica…
