Are these around ear like the WH1000XM2's? Or on ear? Description says over ear….and I'm like….not sure.
Not sure, to be honest. I had a look at the store, and there's other refurbished/secondhand items available for purchase.
I'm just not too familiar with any of these models, typical community consensus is it's either the WH-1000XM2, or QC35.
I have a set. They are around the ear like XM2s.
any difference in SQ or nosie cancelling (compared to QC35/XM2)?
@homersyd: Big difference between the XM2. I'd also guess a big difference between QC35, QC35 being better since QG35 and XM2 are comparable.
@Spectator: cool thanks…will wait for a good deal on the XM2 then… :)
Having both, the SQ between the H900Ns and XM2s are VERY similar. There is only a slight difference in bass I believe due to the better isolation on the XM2s. When compared to the QC35s, I definitely found that the H900Ns and XM2s sound much more 'alive' whereas the QC35s sounded flat.
When it comes to NC, the XM2s edge out the H900Ns but I found that I'd have to really concentrate to notice the difference - and this is when both are not playing anything. Once you have them playing music, they're basically indistinguishable.
@Kelvin H.: thanks Kelvin - too bad it's out of stock already…oh well will wait for the XM2 now…
Trying to watch youtube videos to see if the noise canceling is the same as the XM2's.
EDIT: If anyone want's to hear the difference between noise cancellation, go to https://youtu.be/1DBeDZzwD3c?t=274$175 with absolutely no warranty. I personally wouldn't step into that territory, even if it was refurbished by the manufacturer. If they're not confident enough to offer warranty on the product, then it I'm not going to be comfortable enough to buy it.
In the description it states there is a 12 month warranty? Am I reading that wrong?
My apologies - I just noticed they've published warranty information under the "Returns" page. Thank you for pointing out.
I actually might pull the trigger on this. :(

All good, I bought one because of that warranty! :)
all gone :)
Heart skipped a beat, then I saw it wasn't the WH-1000XM2!
