This is my first post! Hope it's a good enough bargain to be appreciated here :)

The Kenwood KMC510 has excellent consumer reviews, and this deal has come at the right time for me as I've been looking to treat myself to a good mixer and by combining the DJ clearance sale with the Kenwood redemption offer it's a very good deal I think.

The free breadmaker is via redemption, I think postage of $10 is needed. It's had mixed reviews though. But for free (plus $10 postage) I guess we can't complain.

Redemption offer ends 31/01/2011. Not sure when the DJ sale is on till though, not stated in catalogue.

Worth trying to get Good Guys or other retailer to beat that price. If you are doing that, stick to the big retailers/ stores as redemption is "participating stores only" (big retailers like Myer, Harvey Norman, Good Guys, etc).

UPDATE: I just rang my local store, apparently most David Jones in NSW sold out already. However Good Guys was willing to price beat for $460, so even better for me!

    Myer doesn't stock Kenwood, I'm led to believe. Saw this the other day and was tempting - no cash on me though!

      Yes they do… I saw them at Myer castle Hill this moring. With current promotion it's $494 though.

    It might be worthwhile adding to the title that this is a KITCHEN MIXER.

    I dunno about you guys, but I am not fully up on all the thousands of Kenwood part numbers - I thought it was a stereo system LOL

      It's classified as "Kitchen Machine" actually… apparently it does more than a mixer, eg. has meat grinder attachment
