    mmm.. code not working?

    • +2

      Starts on ….

    • Erm…if you click through the Click Frenzy Deals link in blue above you'll see "STARTS 7PM TUES MAY 15 2018". That might be the reason why. Although, some people are reporting below it's working for them already? Dunno.

      • "ENDS WEDNESDAY 16TH MAY AT 7PM AEST"

      • I used it at 12:20am this morning, worked fine for buying a battery ($220 > $160something)… maybe their cart doesn't have $100 worth in it…

        • i tried to use it. stupid system makes you spend $100 more oterwise full price. wanted cstrol edge ended up being over $116 with delivery as made me buy 2. Found another deal for $48.95 at sparesbox and didn't have to stufff around with a code/

  • Now

    • Nope.. code does nothing…

      • MAYHEM Worked for me

      • +1

        Minimum spend of $100

  • +2

If anyone wants a good deal the hema hx1 is cheap
    RRP is $699 in shops sca $649 - 25% = $486.25

    • +3

Still so expensive for what is in effect just a GPS..

      • Agree. Just because there are not many choices for offroad GPS so they are charging a premium. Need some competition to bring down the price.

    • Id read reviews before i parted with dollars. Not good.

  • Online only it seems.

    • +1

      Yes and $100 min spend

  • Code does nothing. tried on both chrome and IE browser.

    • It says minimum spend $100 on their website. OP might need to update the post to include that info.

  • It’s online only

Excludes tyres , gift cards, services , freight and handling charges

  • +1

Excellent… Multi buy on the thing I want and a coupon code. Except the multi buy, as in the thing where they want you to buy more of something, doesn't work if I add more….

Ie 2x item is discounted, additional units (in correct qty lots, added via multi buy link) just go on at full price.

    Yay

    • I've had this before. I was told in store that the reason was probably that the store I'd set as my local store didn't have enough inventory for multiple multibuys.

I haven't tested the theory, but perhaps try another, larger, store?

Also, yes, I realise it's an online only sale. But there's clearly some gremlins in their system, so it might still apply.

  • added 2 x 4 litres of oil at $55 each and applied code…. nothing happened?

    • Yes same. See my comment above.

  • I have $120 of gear in my cart and the code does nothing. Maybe it's targeted?

  • Iv used it and it worked

  • +2

I just used the code for some Bowdens gear and worked fine.

  • They have advertised this on their website. Cant be targeted??

  • Thanks OP have been waiting for this.

  • +1

Can be used with trade account and the 20% discount applies on top of the usual 10% off. Fantastic :)

    • What are the steps to get a trade account?

      • +1

An A.B.N and apply in-store. From memory there's a minimum monthly spend required but my store doesn't seem to care.

        • thank you for your reply. Might try this one on the next visit then…

  • Any good deals on wiper blade packs before winter?

  • Thanks OP just bought a Mitre Saw and a multi function tool !

    • DIFFERENT TYPES OF PANELS

Solar panels come in four basic forms: monocrystalline (the SCA one linked above) , multicrystalline, polycrystalline and amorphous. The first three are usually glass-fronted panels with the crystalline cells behind. The latter is a duller, vinyl-like material. Each has its advantages and disadvantages.

The first three are smaller in size per watt of output and are usually cheaper. However, they are less efficient under cloud and are seriously impaired by shade or shadows. And, as these panels are protected by glass, they must not be stepped on or damaged – a constant risk if laid on the ground.

Amorphous panels, while being bigger, are more tolerant of high temperature and cloud, and are much less impacted by shade. Being of a duller, less reflective finish, they absorb light energy more efficiently, so are more tolerant of less ideal orientation and will produce more power earlier and later in the day.

      • Correct, there are different types of panels available! Nice info for those who didn't already know.

Just bought something $50+ from Supercheap auto the day before yesterday, haven't used it yet. Can I easily have it returned to them? (say to any store of them)
    Thanks

      Why its minimum $100 ?

      • to make you spend more money?

they need to have more sales to cover the 25% off

      • Why the neg im telling him its min $100… derp. Good job Plex……

      • classic stitch up by the lloks. Think you gonna spend $50 nek minit the bloody rent is gone!

I went store last week looking for a roof rack. The pro roof rack P17 (square) bar was $189.00 in store and now online its $259.00 before the discount so its not really discounted. the usual trap for online shoppers inflated prices before a sale.

    • +1

hate it when they jack the price to discount it. bloody makes my blood boil. should be at the royal commission with the dogdy bankers for that sorta behavious.

  • +1

I actually noticed a lot of products have been price-jacked. I got an identical battery from another car parts store (which was on the shelf locally & online at SCA) for my car today, cheaper than even the discount price Supercheap could offer with this deal. Now to be fair, supercheap have a price beat guarantee which I didn't know about. Something to make note of anyway.

    • you found any where decent online that aren't jacking? I got a good deal on cstrol edge.

      • +1

I find that being online and jacking go hand in hand.

  • Hi guys,

Considering to buy Gerni Electric Pressure Washer Classic 115.3. With this offer and 10% entertainment book off on SCA vouchers, it will cost $135. Does that sounds good deal?
