  • Australian stock and some grey imports… How do I know which one I'm getting?

    • +1

The product title on each page will let you know if that product listing is for Australian Stock or a grey import. Usually Australian Stock is provided if Australia has that stock however as we expand, there will be several models not available in Australia which we will grey import. Likely to be shipped directly to the customer from the overseas supplier.

Scraping the barrel with your domain name

  • I placed the order but couldn't process payment by cards, only EFT details sent to my email. Is that glitch with your website?

    • Hi there,

Private message me your order number and I'll go ahead and cancel it. I'll send you screenshots with card payment instructions.

      Thanks

      Hi there,

You will need to use coupon code "OZBARGAIN" to get the 20% discount at checkout.

  • OP do you do a proper tax invoice?

    • I don’t think so…on abn website company is not registered for gst

      • Yes, we are not registered for GST however do provide a receipt with our ABN for warranty purposes.

        • -2

well I guess someone needs to explain Australia Tax Law to you then.

        • +2

@jimbobaus: They don’t need to register for GST if their turnover is less than $75,000 a year. You don’t know how much their turnover is, so can’t assume they need to be registered.

        • +1

So they are in the business of selling mobile phones and they don’t even sell 75 high end phones (price over $1000) in a year to breach the GST registration threshold? 🤔

          Hard to believe.

  • How Genuine you guys are….?..

“Lucky mobile made ezy” does it get any more legit

    • We have been market sales and sales within Braybrook/Robinson, VIC area since Late April 2016. We have only recently launched online.

      • +2

Good deal. Are you based in Braybrook? Can I pick up in-store tomorrow?

  • Odd I just placed an order on the check out I detail there was GST payable and how do I pay using my credit card? as there is no way I am paying via EFT lol…

    • Hi,

There is an option to pay using credit or debit card above the EFT payment option.

Please email [email protected] for further assistance.

      Thanks

    • +2

Ok, if GST is payable and they are not registered for GST then they are totally dodgy and you should report them to the ATO using the Tax Evasion Referral Form here: https://www.ato.gov.au/Forms/Tax-evasion-reporting-form/

      • +2

You can not be a non registered GST company and charge GST.

The invoice ought to say ‘Invoice’ and not ‘Tax Invoice’.

And most probably a statement on the invoice ought to say ‘No GST is payable’.

        This is the L-A-W.

        • +1

Yes, I agree. The OP needs to report this to the ATO!

  • It says on your website that I can pay via paypal - where is this option?

    • -1

      Hi,

We are looking at implementing PayPal shortly within the coming days. We are in the final process of testing this payment method.

If there is a particular model you would like, please send an email through to [email protected] and we will reserve it for you until PayPal is released on our website. Stay tuned.

      Thanks

      • Thanks, email sent.

a simple ABN search will show they are the same

    LUCKY MOBILE PTY LTD.
    trading as MADE EZY
    WWW.MADEEZY.COM.AU

See the ABN on www.luckymobilemadeezy.com.au ?!?!

    • Why are you saying there is no association of in fact they are the same company?

  • +1

Hrmm, not feeling good about this. Hopefully OP can respond.

    Order #8

Have tried calling the listed number on the website to confirm my order and if it's possible to organize pickup. Seems like they are using a VA service to answer calls and relay messages.

    • Did she say if it possible to organise pickup? At Braybrook/Robinson, as OP stated a few posts ago?

      • Negative, just said they will pass on the message to the right person and they will be in touch. So far nothing.

  • Hmmm… Prices revised again …..

  • +1

OP offers a neat deal, but I have called, emailed, and not received any updates about my order. Has anybody else experienced the same lack of responsiveness?

    • +1

your not alone, have been trying to contact over the past two days with no luck. Probably not going to happen by the looks of things. I'd hate to be proven wrong though.

    • Same here. Emails going unresponded to and no updates on the order in more than 2 days. Looking unlikely at this point.

      • How long ago did you email them? They said operating times around like 8:30 to 5:30 Melbourne time?

  • I am pretty scared ordering a phone, can someone confirm they are legit? I understand they sell 'Grey Import' thats why they are so cheap.

    • Someone like who?

  • +1

SCAMMERS!! CALLED THEM UP AND THEY USE RECEPTIONISTS (RANDOM PEOPLE) WHO HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS. THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED FOR GST. WHICH ONLY TAKES A SIMPLE ABN SEARCH!! DO NOT BUY INTO THEM OR REVEAL YOUR DETAILS THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!
