A quick note there are two versions of this cleaner. This one (green colour) and a professional version (orange) with an extra 1 year warranty. Their customer service say it's the same product but when pushed they will acknowledge the pro version has more robust parts hence the ability to offer the extra warranty. HN seems to sell the pro orange version, everyone else sells the green colour. Great product either way.

Admittedly it was bought with other products so total spend was greater which most likely got me the discount.
My wife has one of these - she loves it. They do state you have to use their cleaning liquid though - we havent run out yet so don't know if there's a difference (besides their usual voiding the warranty spiel).
