Possibly targeted to new cards and accessible via Android AmEx app. My first post so please pardon anything amiss. I have previously activated the Apple Pay 3 x $3 cash back (offer still running). Now logged into AMEX app on my Android phone and immediately got this offer to activate and use. My supplementary card got offer first when logged into the same Android phone (separate card number and log in ID), and the 3 times $3 credits were already earned via Google Pay.

"Save offer to your eligible card and spend $5 or more, in one or more transactions, in-store, online or in-app, using Samsung Pay or Google Pay by 29/06/2018 to receive a $3 credit, up to 3 times. Limited to the first 30,000 cards. Exclusions apply."
