I did this and after driving away I opened both of the Big Mac boxes to find two Big Macs…….with no meat.

They've redesigned the app but all of the wasted space is really annoying. I'm pretty disappointed that stacking offers isn't possible too.

I've found a way to stack. Order via app to pick up at drive-thru using a voucher. When you get to the pay window, ask to add something else to the order showing one of the other vouchers on your phone.
The new app is worse than the old one if thats possible, its a mess.

The new ui is horrible. Unecessary animations casuing constant lag and freezes on both of my phones

One is running an SD 805 and the other is running on an SD 810.
You seem to think that it's fine for an app used to order food, to be more demanding than most games. For what? Flashy animations and a less intuitive and responsive ui? Don't need that to order food.
The UI has so much wasted space. 1 coupon takes up the entire page when it doesn't need to.
Here's how to use this to get a free meal
- Go shopping at woolworths in the morning and decide to get maccas on the way home, because they are running this deal
- Add the 2 for 1 Big macs, large fries, of course and large Strawberry thickshake
- Decide to get 2 cheesburgers and try the BBQ Bacon lovers burger as well, don't judge me
- Get perplexed when the app says you can't pay because the large Strawberry thickshake is only available from 10.30am - 11.59pm even though it is now 11.15am
- Think it may be an issue with the Xiaomi phone you just bought that won't let you set Australia as your location and think it might be because the app thinks you're in a different time zone.
- Try setting your phone to different countries and processing payment on app
- Eventually give up on the large Strawberry thickshake, delete it from the order and try paying again
- Get frustrated when you try paying again only for the app to refuse as fries are only available from 12.00am to 11.59pm, Seriously!
- Realize the app is farked and decide to go to the drive through and place order there
- Reach the Drive through, by this time it is really busy as it is lunch time and you have spent a lot of time trying to place this stupid order, and it is over 40 degrees today, which only makes you more frustrated.
- tell mcdonalds employee on speaker about the 2 for 1 order on app when placing order, they say they will honor it and to drive down to pay window
- Mcdonalds employee will say the computer will not let them put in order, repeat the issue you have been having with the app and they will tell you to drive down to next window and explain there
- drive to next window and explain while waving your phone with app in their face, they will get the manager
- Speak to the manager, wave phone in his face repeatedly, he will say they have been having issues with their computer system.
- Tell him its not the Computer system, it's that the app is Farking Retarded.
- He will say he will look into it and be back in a moment
- Another employee, who has no idea of what going on will appear and give you your food and drink and say 'Here's your meal, sorry about that'
- Thank the employee and try to make a quick getaway with your free meal
- Realize you have the handbrake on, release handbrake and then make your quick get away
- Enjoy your free meal!
