    Much store-bought honey is pasteurized by heating to kill any possible residual yeast. Helps keep the product liquid as well. Apparently, may also destroy some of the natural goodness - although I have not researched this myself.

    So, yes.

        yeah allergens that don't have the proteins degraded in pasteurisation.

      Most products have a traces warning.

      The only way around this is to package your product in a place that doesn't deal with any other type of product.

        No it's about places that only use equipment for different requirements like one area that doesn't deal with any allegen foods that could leave traces for the next batxh
