Looking for a safe to be purchased in Australia, ideally would like it to be 1H fire proof rated, I've looked around a couple of Western Australian/Australian suppliers, however it's hard to gauge interest and previous experience from people, cause there's not a lot of feedback.

In my opinion, there is little use of a safe that can be moved post-installation.
Have you considered how to affix your safe to make it immovable?
A competent safe has achor points that you dynabolt to your concrete slab.
I realise that this crowd are in Melbourne, but perhaps they could put you in contact with somebody local to you. I am sure they have their own network.
We went with something big and heavy which is now bolted to the floor in an out of the way place. Firesafe, locking as you specify.
Excellent service, delivery and we thought the price was pretty good too for what we have.
Don't get a safe from Bunnings.
Gumtree is a good place to get a safe. As long as it's a recent model it doesn't really matter if they're second hand. They're solid units and easy to setup.
