  • There's half price for 3 months promotion at the moment? Does it stack?

    • The promos do not stack sorry - it's either one or the other depending on where you purchase. Though, this also has all of our data plans for 25% off :)

    What's the point if only one month? Such a hassle to port in/out.

    • The hassle is an understatement… it is a NIGHTMARE.

      My existing service deactivated before the OVO sim is activated when I initiated the port this morning at 9am. A ticket was raised but it has been 8hr and counting down to the 24hr eta.

      It is rather disappointing and concerning that, a standard porting issue cannot be resolved in after 8hr +… just my luck. Out of any mobile service and left hanging.

      I don't understand why it cannot be activated while the porting is being resolved in parallel at the backend.

    • is that comment directed at port into/out from ovo? or from any carrier?

      • This is a port into OVO and the porting is still not completed … will give them a call at the 24hr mark. Hope they don’t say it will have to wait another 24hr and another…

  • The porting in with OVO was fine for me. It's when I ported out that things got hairy.

    Seems like OVO doesn't want to give your number up in hopes you'll continue to be a customer?

  • Can a loyal customer take advantage of this 25% or the 50% off promotion you are currently running? without those discounts your plans are no longer competitive. Since they're on month-to-month surely they can cancel the renewal and the very next day sign up as a new customer?
