Wash their hands with White King. It'll get those disease-causing bacteria off their hands, and probably reduce the incidence of nail-biting too, I imagine. However, it may increase the amount of time that the nice folks from Child Services visit you… ;-)

Thanks for the humor :) Yes the product may not be for everyone but as far as a good deal goes, well it is pretty good at 40% off for what is actually a very popular product.
If I wasn't so tired I might try for some witty type of response but it is late.
    Cheers

  • And people wonder why city kids are more prone to allergens than country kids…

    http://www.scienceline.org/2008/03/ask-olson-allergies/

Sicherer points to the “hygiene hypothesis” – that our hyper-vigilance against germs via vaccinations, antibiotics and sanitation is actually making our kids more allergic to food and to other things in our environment. The idea is that with no natural bugs left to fight, the immune system starts going after things that aren’t actually germs.

  • Although it's worth noting that you're far more likely to find germs living in cloth and foam than on metal. That thing's actually a germ trap.

    • But if it traps the germs with the kids and then the parents put the germs in the car with the kids at the end of the shopping trip, it keeps the shopping trolley handles cleaner for me, so perhaps it's not a bad thing?

  • We have used a product like this when shopping with a baby.

Would you suck on the handle of a shopping trolley? I certainly wouldn't, but babies do.

    • That's how they build up immunity….

      • You didnt answer my question, would you suck on a filthy trolly handle? (complete with nose pickings, sneeze juice ect)

Also people put raw meat and chemicals in trolleys. Are they going to build up an immunity to drain-o and raw chicken?

We might as well stop washing hands, cough all over each other, have unprotected sex with who/whatever.

        • Yes I would. For a financial reward of my choosing. :)
