  Hi OP,

  What is your relationship with the vendor?

  What proof or evidence do you have that this special is "BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND!"?
  I cannot find any evidence of this special/vendor on OsBargain/other in a search of stuff since 2016.

  Why is this a special since most places will sell the entire eye fillet for the same price?

    $22 for whole eye fillet is about as cheap as it gets, especially if it’s within pickup distance .

    aldi some times do large eye fillets for $25 kb, coles at $40 kg on special, but they seem to have already taken the centre cuts and just bundle tails or butt pieces.

    25km drive for me or i would be in.

    i think with meat deals it’s not just the price, but also accessibility ….. eye fillet at even at $10 is only a bargain if you can get to it , not much. use if it’s a 100 km drive.

    Chill… OP has literally copy and pasted the advertisement and $22 a kilo for eye fillet is a pretty sweet deal considering its like the same price as porterhouse at Coles

    Love this deal. As an FYI, I'm friendly with my local Woollies butcher and at 7pm each night I can regularly get the cuts that have been around all day for half price. Quite often this includes some beautiful eye fillet pieces.
    I'd recommend you try this at YOUR local Coles or Woollies and like me, you will have a regular source of cheap meat.

    what i get just promotion email that the butcher sent me, i just copy and paste, but it is a good place, good price and fresh meat.

  I buy from this butcher and although I can’t remember the regular price for eye fillet I know that if you go to coles or woolies it will easily be $40 a kilo. Therefore I’m willing to declare this a bargain. I hope by this comment I’m not going to be accused of being associated with the vendor! By the way back by popular demand is on their promo flyer therefore it doesn’t mean ozbargainers have been demanding this deal to come back.
