Kugatsu Judo Club is inviting everyone to try judo for 2 weeks free training, classes running every tuesday and thursday at 7 pm to 8:30 pm in Bass Hill Public School.

  I 'played' judo for a few years when I was in my 30's. It was the best weight loss method I've ever experienced, and I wasn't even trying to lose weight at the time. A combination of cardio and strength training /wrestling/trying to get a sweaty senior member off the top of me got me so fit, without it feeling like a workout. Happy memories. If you've never done it, try it. What have you got to lose?
