  from personal experience, eglobal warranty is next to useless (for a phone issue)

    indeed, my cousin got a Nexus 6P which experienced the bootloop issue, tried to claim refund on warranty (14 months but ACCC covers your phone 2 years, maybe even 3) and they contacted eglobal, but because they're based overseas weren't able to do much. Scared them enough to give a partial refund
