        it is a deal if the ebay is a fake, check out the how-to-spot-a-fake guide listed in the amazon reviews, they mention that the fakes have springs in the battery compartments whereas the real ones don't

    I'd say you're missing a genuine product. Ebay user with feedback of 60 (mostly as a buyer) is selling a product for a third of the price of the genuine…and you're not even new here.
