    Same here, just got a refund status upon checking my ebay purchase. No email from TGG. Can't leave a negative feedback yet and have to wait for 7 days before I could leave a feedback. Their ebay account will be flooded by by neg feeds after 7 days.

    Picked mine up from the Post Office today (missed the delivery yesterday). Wasnt sure whether it was for this, turns out it was! They must have posted it before right before the staff were advised!
    Was actively looking for a waterproof speaker like this too, so perfect timing. Thanks op!

        Yes, eBay order paid with PayPal.

        I received the pricing error email from the Good Guys with notification I would be refunded, but never was.

          How was the status on the ebay order? Was it marked shipped prior to receiving the item? Mine was also an ebay purchase but delivery didn't pushed. My status on the purchase was 'payment refunded'. Paypal History shows payment was refunded but still not credited to my account yet.

          @aphexx: No, it still hasn't been marked as shipped. But as I said previously, I never received a refund. The PayPal payment has been processed.

          @headphonejack: lucky you. Mine still shows $0 available balance in Paypal, money has not been credited yet atm. I hate this feeling of thinking that you hit a big bargain just to be taken back.

    Just got an email notification that mine has shipped today…apparently they had to order one in for me.

    All this after i got the email last week telling me the order was cancelled.

      I think it was a pricing error, they got mixed up with JBL Clip (teal) which was $44 (now $79)

      I'm not sure the TGG had >600 JBL 4s in teal to sell in the first place and if you got one it was either 1. you got your order in early or 2. pure luck.

      Mine arrived today - lucky me, I did order early(ish) too :)

    Really quite peeved at this whole ordeal. Refund email many days before a very insubstantial explanation.

      i would tell them to refund the item and send the shipping back at their cost, otherwise chargeback/paypal return

    Ordered mine when there was about ~130 sold on the ebay page.
    Got a cancellation email the same day, but also received an invoice from the Good Guys (local store) 2 days ago.
    Received my package today.

        Must have been a promotion on for store credit when spending over a certain amount.

        Email I got says "Thank you for your recent purchase during our online Store Credit promotion. Your purchase has qualified for a $20 Store Credit that will expire on 14/05/2018"

    My order was cancelled last week like everyone else. But today I got a message from TGG advising me that the order had been cancelled because “Upon review of your order information it appears that your order did not pass through our standard online processes for web orders…” and there was an option to “pay now” for the speaker for $44, which I did and it went through. I’ve got no doubt they’ve just stuffed up again some how, but I’m happy to waste more of their time.
