    Really? Did you get that from the listing? If so, I can't see it there. I doubt that a recommendation from a navy with only two vessels constitutes much of a recommendation.

  I have a few of these from when I used to work in a meat room 10+years ago…

  They are great quality, dishwasher safe unlike a lot of top end knives, though maybe not so attractive… get them ground (softens the last cm and makes easier to sharpen at home) and you'll be set!

  Doesn't really look like a fish filleting knife as we use these days ,
  more like a boneing knife.

  Maybe someone with some real first hand experience could chime in..
