    Camberwell VIC only I assume.

I was at Woolworths today and these were twice the price.

    • Also, last pack I bought had six.

Reported to ACCC for misleading labelling…

    Wait you prefer Shepard avocados?

    Wanna trade?

    • tonester Hass been pulling our leg…

  • The best way to ripen an avocado is actually in the fridge. It will ripen MUCH slower. It may take a week or two, but it will also ripen MUCH more evenly and give a much more consistent end result. You won't get the same spots of over-ripe areas or damage in the avocado. I'll often have four or five avocados in the fridge at any given time .

Have you tried the Xiaomi Mi Avocado Ripener??

Uhh maybe our store got different, but the odd bunch packs we have are Hass avocados.
Furthermore, I know very few people who will agree that Shepherd avocados are superior.

Sharwil and Fuerte are the best tasting avocardos.
Hass were kept on because they produce out of season fruit
Shepherd possibly the same without the short shelf life of Hass

  • damn, I bought avocados for $5 for 3 :(

  • woolworths yesterday only ads go with their sell by yesterday food -to be found still at full price of course.

Never seen so much expired food sold at full price before….

This is what zero consumer protection gets you.
