dont get why people are downvoting this guy when he's not wrong.
Samsung 458L Bottom Mount Refrigerator is going for $999 at David Jones, usually goes for $1599 while at The Good Guys it usually goes for $1145.
With the code applied at TGG, it goes down to $1030.5, so David Jones has better price just like u/Marka said

It’s Ozbargain, people don’t like to be told something is not what it’s cracked up to be.
Thank you.
Hey mate.
Heads up, even if you buy the fridge at GG, they still offer the 30 day price guarantee, which guarantees 120% of the difference if a competitor has the identical price cheaper.
So technically, GG will come out cheaper 👍
Research the best price first. Looking for an oven and HN is cheaper by about $200.
when is the The Good Guys 20% eBay code due?
Let me just jump into my DeLorean and find out
Be careful with the 20% GG ebay deals.
I bought a Hisense TV during last sale. GG ebay sent my order to a store on the other side of Sydney with no stock. After several calls they said they weren't planning on getting the TV delivered from their supplier for a few weeks. They also told me several stores in Sydney had stock but I couldn't get the order transferred to them as each store is a franchise. The original store then had to get one transferred to them from their neighbouring store. It ended up taking 2 weeks to get my TV even though the ebay page said less then 1 week. The sales staff at the GG stores I called hate their ebay/ordering system. I then complained to GG ebay and they fobbed me off. Their incompetence is on another level.
I'm never buying from GG ebay again.
Code works with the Dyson v10.
Goodguys is not really coming to the party for competing with all the online prices lately (maybe their overheads are too high?)… I feel they wont be around much longer, which is a shame. I went into store a couple weeks ago and asked for best price on a kitchenaid mixer… was $699 marked down from $899, they came down (after insisting it was too much) to $675, came home after leaving a deposit and found them (via an ozbargain post) on ebay for around $500…
Given JB Hi Fi own them now I don't think they're likely to go away any time soon. As with all retailers they don't always have the best price on everything (sometimes by a large margin) so it pays to shop around as a consumer, just like you did.
I have on a number of times found them to be the cheapest but I wouldn't shop at them exclusively and nor should anyone expecting the best price.
Deal posts that reference a sale, catalogue or store but don't provide enough information to find at least one bargain, may be unpublished
As per above 10% off TGG everyday ticket prices is often still more expensive than elsewhere.
966 clicks without a single deal posted.
If you are going to quote the Deal Posting Guidelines then you should at least follow the Voting Guidelines yourself.
Your reason is - cheaper elsewhere, so the guidelines say -Appropriate uses of negative vote
Cheaper price elsewhere

Here you go, first thing I clicked on - $2519 with “deal” promo code vs $2399 at DJs.
That's when he knew…..he fk'ed up
Appliances Online is also good if your looking for any cheap appliance.
Not always though, but price beating and free removal are often helpful
not finding anything noteworthy or even remotely close to being a bargain…
Needs a microwave… Ready to buy… Microwaves excluded lol
Thanks OP. Got a dryer. Lowest price around so pretty good.
Samsung SRF719DLS is by far the cheapest after 10% off so it's not all bad
Yes, but sli and SydEP said there were no bargains.
In all honesty I can't find anywhere that SydEP said there were NO bargains. I think he was trying to point as per rules that if posting a deal about a particular site/business which is a blanket or across the board discount it would be helpful if OP would include a single example of a bargain.
not a good deal, LG 9kg washer combo still quite expensive after 10% off, JB and HN have the same much cheaper even after 10 % off.
Buyer beware.
Just checked out a fridge (Srl458els) Even with the 10% discount Good guys is still more expensive compared to DJ's.
