These are reduced in South Yarra (Melbourne)
The smaller tapas plates were reduced $20 down to $5, Cumberland Park (SA). None left though. So might be nation wide clearance of Jamie Oliver brand
Yes, I think so. Some of the range is half price - some is further discounted. Seems to be different items available in store compared to online.

My photo probably doesn't do justice. They are nice serving bowls and the quality of the glaze looks good. Definitely better than a dollar shop. I didn't buy as I didn't have the storage space but think they are nicer than average.

From the picture they do unfortunately look like terracotta plant pots.
There's a hint of the glossy interior which would certainly add to the overall look and feel
