It said I already accepted the offer before clicking the link lol? Thank you!

    • Weird, mine said the same thing!

    • how'd you guys go with this @Doweyy? i just found the link myself, it said i had already accepted it, but once i clicked into my 'sell' section an unlimited 'list and sell for no fees' appeared. It might not be targeted….it could be a user-wide thing

      • Worked perfectly :) My 5 listings so far have all been added to the "Used" under the promo. I think you might be right!

  • It also says I have accepted the offer already, but does not appear in my Promotions section on the Seller page. I'll wait two days and see if it changes.

    • That’s normal, it will only appear in your promos once it’s active.

  • Yep says accepted the offer and it is valid from Today's date, not the 31st.

  • Am I reading this wrong, or do you know something n like to share it with us ?
    Starts 31/03/2018 12:00:00 AM
    Ends 03/04/2018 11:59:59 PM

  • Weird. I've already accepted this?

    • This offer is effective as of 31/03/2018 12:00:00 AM
  • Now link not even working??

    edit: working now

  • How do you guys find out about these upcoming offers in advance?

Nice, I've got a lot of things that I wanted to sell, but was waiting for a promotion like this!

    Is this link OK?
Tried a few times today but it just hangs

  • if I schedule my listings to start on 31 March, does it still count?

  • Clicked on offer link and got this in red:

Unfortunately, this promotional offer is by invitation only.

  • Is there a limit imposed about the max number of items allowed to be listed?

    • There does not appear to be a limit.
You can check the ‘Used’ count in your promo section to ensure the items have been listed under this promotion.

    Cheers OP :)

  • For the life of me I can't seem to get any of my offers to allow me to sell for free or at least $1 dollar…. is there some sort of special find and click magical process you have to do in order to use these offers?

    I have these 3 offers…

hey Bamboozle…it could be that you were a day early…started today ends tomorrow. try again now! i just posted 3 things, and although i had already activated the list and sell 3 items promo, my new listings fell under this unlimited promo and i still have 3 i can post until April 5th for no cost…does my comment even make sense? nah im not going to proof-read it lol

  • When I click on the link, I get — You've already accepted the offer "$0 Insertion & Final Value Fees". For me there is no limit on the number of items to sell. Expires 3 April 2018. I have used this exact same offer last December on my account.

  • Can I just confirm that this applies to Buy it Now items with a 30 day fixed price listing, listed before the deadline?

Also how do I stop items from automatically relisting? As those relistings would not be covered by this offer. I've looked under "More actions" (which is where eBay's help says it should be), but there is no "turn off auto relist" or similar option there.

    • Confirmed.

If you're on desktop, go to 'Revise the listing' and under 'Return Options' untick the box that says

'Automatically relist this item up to 4 times if it doesn't sell - it's free to relist. Final value fees apply'

For the eBay app, go into the listing, click 'Revise item' then hit continue and make sure the Auto-relist box is unchecked. Then click 'List it' to save the changes.

      • Thank you, that really helps!

So under revise the listing -> "change" link at the bottom of the page -> opens "listing preferences" -> for an auction I have "auto-relist: If your item doesn't sell, we can automatically relist it up to 3 times", which I can make sure is unticked.

But for the 2 buy it now items, I simply don't have that option. It says at the bottom of the page in small font: "Live until sold or cancelled listings renew automatically every 30 days, based on the listing terms at that time, until all quantities sell or the listing ends. Each time a listing renews and when an item sells, you'll be charged applicable fees." So I guess what happened is that I selected a list until sold listing for the 2 buy it now items, and then eBay have made it so that you can't edit that (e.g. turn off auto-renewal), you can only cancel the listing? As far as I can tell, that's what has happened. I guess I'll just have to set a calendar reminder to manually cancel the listing when it's about to expire just before 30 days is up.

        • Buy it now items should not be any different to auctions. All of my items are buy it now and I can turn off auto-relist.
You don't see this option on desktop?

        • Nope, the interface I see looks different to that.
I'm on a desktop, using Firefox.
          Here's what I see: https://imgur.com/a/TFqo6
(Have blanked out my email address and postcode with green)

        • @nickj: Okay, I just tried firefox & I can still see the option to turn off auto-relist.
Try clicking on the item to view it, then you should be able to revise it from this screen.
          See if that works.

        • @nickj: Any luck?

        • @headphonejack: sorry, slow to reply!

That's actually the link that I click to edit it usually ("Revise your item" at the of the item's page), but I've tried it from My Ebay -> selling too, and it all looks the same.

I've also since tried 2 other desktop browsers, namely Microsoft Edge, and the latest Google Chrome, and they all display the same interface as Firefox, i.e. as per the previous screenshots.

I'm wondering if maybe eBay are rolling out a new interface (simpler, prettier, cut down / less functions), similar to what PayPal did, where your account is seeing the "classic" interface, and my account is seeing the basic interface?

        • @nickj: Maybe that’s what it is then. That seems a bit annoying. Have you tried editing via the app?

        • @nickj: Just in case you're still looking for a solution:

I can now see the same interface. Under 'Pricing' click 'More options' and you'll be able to change the duration from 'Good 'Til Cancelled' which seems to be the default.

        • +1

@headphonejack: Cool, thank you. The mouse cursor changes to a circle-with-line-through-it/not-possible icon when I hover over the duration option, and it won't let me change it, so I think that it's stuck as a "good til cancelled" item for the time being. I made a calendar reminder, and I will manually cancel the item shortly after it auto-relists.
