Checked on my eBay account (providing feedback) and saw I had a $10 off $15 spend voucher with a unique promo code.
This came just after me spending the $20 free voucher.
No word via email that I had this voucher yet.

Seems to be valid for one week. Almost certainly targeted.

Check your eBay account and see if you are targeted!

Exclusions:

Gift cards/certificates/vouchers, Real Estate and Cars/Bikes/Boats are excluded from the use of the voucher.
Postage costs are excluded from the use of the voucher.

  With all these targeted deals, surely people are getting emails for them. These aren’t accessible to 95% or more (guesstimate) of the community so how is it a deal?

    The thing is I did not even get an email for this. Just randomly checked my activity as I was providing feedback and saw I have this random promo code.
    Seems weird seeing as I just bought 4 items (2 with voucher, 2 without) but I'm certainly not complaining!

    I don't know how much of the community is targeted but hopefully some people do this and are aware if they are targeted or not.

        @pennypincher98: Well, it made me check under my Activity tab but all I have is the usual PICK5. Like it would have killed them to mention PFLASH10.

    I've signed up to a few email accounts with work emails, and I change jobs often so I've got about 3 'active' that I wouldnt get the emails for.

    Click "My eBay Summary" under My eBay (hover the mouse over it). If you have any voucher, it will automatically appear at the top of your watchlist.
    I do have 5% off voucher but do not have this $10 off voucher
