I got two books at $39.98 each at the Highpoint store and the coupon worked but the staff told me sometimes the system actually needs you to have at least $40 of items scanned. Good luck, since all of their books are priced at *9.99!
At Christmas they included a $5 voucher in all purchases.
You had to spend $35 though on the next shop and it was only eligible for Jan/Feb.
