  • anyone had a crack at this yet?
I'm at the checkout but still full priced… is it because I didn't two of the exact same burger???

    • Not sure. Huxtaburger says:

The free burger can only be to the same or lesser value than the paid burger.

      • Picked two the same price. I'll try again in a bit

        • A popup windows comes up and you get to choose your free burger

        • @Teal: still showing full price for me :(

        • @mty: Weird, I tried it on Chrome PC, and it worked

    • Just ordered from Burger Inc (Geelong). FYI for all new people that there is a $5 delivery charge. I did not know that.

Alright, you got to not use an adblock. Dusted the cobwebs off IE and it worked a treat.

  • Nice. Here are the Geelong options

    • Cheers, have added.

  • Any way to get free delivery on top?

    • +2

You can use a referral code if you haven't already, it gets you $5 off so takes off the delivery charge.

  • I'm just outside of the CBD in Brissy. My only option is Ribs n Burgers, and I can ONLY get one of their burgers as BOGOF.

    • $16.90 for a burger, whoa. We're talking about a halved bun with a patty. No sides (?).

The hype seems strong, not only in Melbourne.

  • Last time they stiffed me on this with oporto burgers paid full price and support didnt help.

    • As in they only gave you one burger??

      • No charged me full price for 2 burgers 24 bucks or something most expensive burgers ive ever bought.

  • who wants to give me a invite so we both get the referral bonus?

  • The deal link directed me to a page with a large video autoplaying and no information about the deal. Can someone tell me if this is available in the ACT?

  • Just ordered this for Perth with Ribs & Burgers. Hopefully they deliver. Its with restaurants Marked with Pitt Stop and it's only works for certain burgers which is marked.

  • Mine lets me add the free burger but it tries to charge me for it. Am I doing something wrong?

    • Turns out the promo is near the top. You select the burger and then it goes to the burger edit page however it doesn't allow you to edit the burger just says select your free burger. Only 1 choice of burger available at my local burgers and ribs. I doubled checked with live message to have it confirmed as I was still confused to if I was getting a second burger or not.

  • Not showing up for me today on any browser or in app

    • Sydney CBD examples: Schnitz World Square, Hurricane's Gril Circular Quay.

      • Thanks - mobile browser wasn't working but this desktop link is.

      • What is two for one at Hurricanes? I can't seem to find anything on their menu.

        • hurricanes is BBQ Chicken Wings x 2 for $20 plus delivery

  • +1

There are no restaurants in Sydney that are doing the two-for-one chicken promotion. Hurricanes and Schnitz were "glitches" in the system and there are no restaurants doing the promotion in Sydney. Poor form Deliveroo!

    • Reporting in from Melbourne, no chicken deals in my area.

      • I have the deal at 2 Sydney locations- Little L chicken & burgers and Inferno Grill

    • Yep, despite Hurricanes appearing when you search for Sydney CBD, it’s doesnt have the “2-4-1” logo and doesn’t allow you to select a 2-4-1 meal, it’s a glitch.

  • Absolutely nothing available 2-4-1 where I live yesterday (burgers) or today (chicken).

Checked other inner Sydney suburbs nearby like Newtown, Glebe, Surry Hills and nothing available despite being serviced by 100’s of restaurants. Even in a nearby suburb with 165 restaurants available for delivery, only 1 had a 2-4-1 deal.

Sorry Neil but this is a bait and switch.

      Nah, just bait. :)

There were definitely places available during lunch but I guess dinner time gets crazy and a lot of these places get too busy for Deliveroo.
