I have ordered from these guys before a mobile phone. Came with an Australian plug only. Not sure where it's written it's grey import

My Mum has one.
I think they are crap. Very plasticky and fragile in my opinion. The documentation is an abomination, go to YouTube instead on how to empty it, which is often.
I think it will last maybe 2-3 years before things start breaking off due to plaster fatigue.
They cost twice as much as a Mieli which is a better machine anyway and which will last a decade or more.
The only thing they have going for them is convenience in use BUT then you have to empty them 20times more often and wash the hepa filter once a month and let it dry.
I think it will last maybe 2-3 years
My V6 is a couple of years old and still runs like new.
Would be also to note that this is a grey import. It says no GST for Australian customers so obviously this is not being sold in Australia nor is Australian stock. It might even arrive with a non Australian power plug since it's a grey import.
