    This is awesome that eBay is doing a promo for existing customers but:
    New customers get $20 free credit to spend wherever
    Existing (long time?) customers get $10 off $20 spend.

    Best offer an existing customer has ever had, yet the new customer offer is twice as good. Why not just keep making accounts?

    My ten year + account that I spend thousands on a year - no loyalty yet again. Never got a targeted deal. Seeing them all to everyone else makes me feel profoundly unloved by ebay. Has the opposite effect of loyalty. The upside is I spend a crap load more on aliexpress so I feel a bit better.
