“$10 for HD”
Can’t believe they still charge for extra for this. What is this? 2003?
It's reasons like this, and the fact that there isn't much competition here in this business where one company has a monopoly, why many Australians resort to pirating.
Spot on, 4k should be standard for pay tv by now with no extra charge.
No deal, Foxtel is cheaper
$29 package from Foxtel direct? Link me up please.
because no one would surely get sport without getting HD.. otherwise, they might aswell just use someones Foxtel GO account. If they have any family and friends that have foxtel.
I know lots of people without Foxtel HD. Foxtel is already expensive for many people considering they only want the sports channels and an extra $10 is a deal breaker.
So $37.34 per month. OP might want to add installation/box cost to the title.
Entertainment package is full of brain poisoning content that I don’t want in my house. Why am I forced to buy such garbage just so I can watch sports?
You can always block the channels
https://www.foxtel.com.au/support/tv/how-to-use/foxtel-remot…that sounds like a good idea; pay for something and then block it.
when you get foxtel entertainment with a telstra internet bundle you think your getting decent deal, its when you go to add sports or other packages you realise your getting ripped off & have no bargaining power, its cheaper/better value for money atm to sign up a whole new service with foxtel direct getting ent+sports+hd installation for $39, then adding sports hd $39 to your already ent telstra package, even if you have telstra foxtel sign up through foxtel deal you will get another box plus ent+sports+hd for $39
HD is an extra $10, making it $39 a month, meaning the existing Foxtel "direct" offer with a month-to-month contract (instead of 12 month contract) and no install fee is better value?
