      They may be getting a lot of queries. Could be a copy paste response. I contacted them but did not get any response since last 24 hours and then decided to contact Amazon as advised in the other thread.

    Mine is also "Shipped" but when I check the tracking number it hit the first status ("Parcel data submitted to carrier") well before I ordered. No timezone difference could make up for it. I ordered at 11pm on 10th march. First tracking entry is 10am on 9th march.

    My tracking number is (with a few x's replacing real numbers) RY9xxx16437CN - anyone got a similar one?

    I'm not expecting anything to land in the mailbox. At least Amazon are AMAZING with refunds.

      CN means China, but i have no idea what other numbers and first two letters mean.

      i actually prefer refund than receiving it, as the seller looks very dodge and likely to make some sort "adjustments" on headphones which could be hard for us to find out.

        i requested a cancellation through amazon yesterday, with a short message just asking to cancel. they responded soon after saying they would. today i sent another message today asking when it was going to be cancelled, and to do it today please. few hours later they did

        this was hey vocy. maybe i got lucky with their responsiveness
        or maybe they were going to send me a real one and i just burned myself

      I made 2 separate orders and took expedited shipping on both.

      One order is coming from Changsha (se425) and the other is coming from Guangzhou (se535ltd). They were recorded as dispatched on the same day 4-5 hours apart.

      They are $588 AUD on the beats china official store.

      I have also been stung twice on ebay with fake beats studio 2 wireless. They look very very similar to the real ones and sound the same (I did have a genuine pair).

      I got a refund for both fake pairs.

      How to tell they are fake? They are not detected by the beats update software.

          I cant remember trying. I rang apple and ran the serial number on one and they said they appear to be counterfeit. I was living in London if that makes a difference

    Definitely dodgy. Item shipped Tuesday 13th from Guangzhou China, showing delivered today(didn’t get anything) estimate delivery date range was March 25th- April 12th. Called Amazon rep also told they are investigating the seller.

    Just spoke to the Amazon via Chat, they said the same, sports2018 it is under investigation they have received numerous complaints, and suggested to cancel the order, i happily agreed to get it cancelled :)

    For anyone who has received the tracking number (item has been shipped), what is the date of your parcel's first shipping event from tracking system? Mine was on 09/03/2018, but I only placed the order after mid-night last Sunday. How could they post the item even before my purchase was made??

      Mine order was confirmed at 11:45pm on the 10th, money was deducted from my account at 12:14am 11th. Auspost tracking indicates that item was received by overseas carrier On the 10th at 7:57pm given the 3 hours time difference. Why would the item be marked as shipped when funds have not even cleared at that time.

    My understanding they somehow get real tracking numbers from other orders - maybe they operate an alibaba shop and send cheap stuff routinely.

      Probably, maybe they just send a cheap item with tracking number to our similar post code but not actually sending it to us, that way they can say goods is delivered and we cant even prove that they are fake. It happened to me before with eBay, luckily the seller didnt mean it and claimed insurance so i got my money back. Apparently tracking just shows as delivered and seller has fulfilled his obligation, i hope we are not f-ed

        Called auspost about my tracking number it was delivered to VIC And signed for, I’m in Sydney. I highly recommend calling the bank for charge back.

          I think that confirms it, the seller used other random Australia-bound tracking, probably from other marketplace so Amazon couldn't detect. Keen to know what Amazon will do for this

          Edit: now hoping mine is not shipping to my correct suburb so I can dispute it :p

          I've raised this concern to Amazon and they have assured me that they will get back to me once they get a response to seller, otherwise, A-to-Z claims kick in. If all else fail, I'd just raised a credit card charge back with all of the supporting documents.

          @cloudie9: I ordered 2 sets, one with sports 2018 and original store 2018. Sports 2018 ETA delivery dates where 25/3-12/4 but indicated delivered yesterday in VIC. Interestingly the order with original store I opted for express shipping was only shipped out yesterday, called post about tracking number it’s final destination is WA. So guy lodge your A-Z claims or charge back services I’m almost 100% that nothing will be delivered (not even rock!)

          Call up auspost to check where the parcel/tracking code is headed for if not destined for your post code area (very likely not) let amazon know.

    I called Auspost to check the destination suburb of my parcel (just know that they have the capability to track china post code). However since my parcel hasn't arrived in Australia yet, they couldn't see anything.

    Will call them back once the tracking shows arrived in Australia
