    having looked at something similar before, make sure to get the macu vision plus version or Bioglan Multi+Vision as those actually have the AREDS2 formula not this "based on" crap.

    Key ingredients for macular protection are Lutein and Zeaxanthin and I don’t think this one has it. The “Plus” does.

    For some evidence check the website for “Trust Me I’m A Doctor” where they did do some tests and found positive results (for the two ingredients above). I think they also linked to some other studies.

    The Lutein-Vision tablets contain higher doses but not on special - of course.
