Does it work for the $5 or $8 pizzas.. trying not to pay more than $10 a pizza as a general rule for me.

    • +1

I'd assume so, but they may have changed it.
The last BOGOF worked for the $8 large pizzas.

  • +1

I can't see any $5 pizza for my nearest store. It works with $8 pizza. It doesn't work for the $7 Garlic & Cheese Pizza.

    • +1

So you are saying it makes them $4 pizzas? I'm down for that

  • +2

I miss Pizza Hut before they got acquired by th KFC group.

    • +1

I didn't realise they were owned by the KFC mob. How awesome would it be if they realise a zinger pizza!!

      • +4

You just reminded me of the Zinger Meat Pies :(
        so sad they ended

        • Huh? Those Zinger meat pies?

          Lol NO!

That ain't meat pie, that is porridge pie.

    • +3

prefer Pizza Hut to dominos lately, their topping game is on point (merrylands store)

      • Man their BBQ chicken pizza is to die for

      • +1

        Their base is better too.

      • I remember my local Pizza Hut, Flemington store, had such bad pizzas. Stingy toppings. But this was back 10+ years ago before I even heard of dominos. I wonder if it’s better now.

        • Your comment is irrelevant grandpa

      • Absolutely. Dominos Cabramatta skimp out on the toppings. Canley Vale Pizza Hut is just way better.

    • +1

They got bought by Pepsico in 1977 (which Yum! Brands, who own KFC & Pizza Hut was spun off from in 1997), so I guess you're nostalgic for a long time ago?

  • +1

My local pizza hut has a better base than dominos but less toppings.

I guess I will go with whoever is cheaper.

  • Yeah Pizza Hut has alot less toppings then Domino's plus the flavour is in the cardboard variety..

  • +1

I am sure Dominos and Pizza Hut put even less toppings on when someone with a coupon orders. Whereas when there is a corporate order they seem to put more toppings on.

Always disappointed when my pizza looks nothing like what they show in all the photos. I should claim a refund every time for false advertising … :)

    • +1

Yeah, I don't bother with Dominos anymore. Pizza Hut is always good though except when they are running Buy1Get1Free offers

  • i make my own

    • +2

Coupons don't work with make your own. I like to make my own too.

      • Make your own coupons? Thats interesting.

        • It's great, you can customise them as much as you want!

  • I've always found Pziza hut to be disssssssapointing. I have also heard the opposite from various people. Its highly like they have no consistency whatsoever and each store differ in stinginess of toppings and quality. In my personal opinion dominos has been pretty consistent across different states and different stores. Dominos has my vote.

    • I think it's a Yum Brands thing (Pizza Hut and KFC's parent company). Inconsistency is what they're best at! (KFC chips being a prime example).

    Excludes dine in.

Are there any dine-in PHs in Australia nowadays? Or does it mean they ask you to leave if you start munching on the deal at one of the cold, unattended tables inside?

    • +1

There are a small amount of locations left. For example, in Victoria there are dine-in restaurants Ballarat, Bendigo and Shepparton where you can get the All You Can Eat Works Buffet. Apparently they are about to open 100 new modern dine-in restaurants nationally which should be interesting. https://this-is.pizzahut.com.au/stores

  • Code dead: "Unable to find the matching Voucher Code"

just ordered. deal still worked for me (nsw). code was automatically added when i put the 2nd pizza into the cart.

    • +1

Just tested it myself. Looks like they have upgraded their website and the offer is now back. Just with no coupon code required, automatically applied as per above. Have reported to the mods to get the expired taken away.

  • hmmm….I wonder if this offer stacks with the entertainment book 25% off vouchers…could be interesting…

    • The entertainment voucher says “Must be ordered in store” and i’m pretty sure this BOGOF offer is online only? I could be wrong, maybe you can get this offer when ordering in store. Has anyone tried?

  • The ones I have are from the Brisbane 2018-2019 book, and don't state that the pizzas need to be ordered in store. Given that theres no unique code on the vouchers though, I think if someone were going to stack these that they would have to elect to pickup and pay in cash and then head to the store and present their voucher. It's worth a try but I'm not 100% sure this is possible as I never do pickup and I always pay with cc.

    • My vouchers are from the 18/19 Melbourne digital membership through the app. If Pizza Hut is similar to Dominos and you can order online but pay in store, it could be doable.

  • +1

hmmm…it sounds like there might be differing terms….I wonder what different pizza hut franchises would make of this? It seems like it might worth it to trying to stack the deals, but your two for one offer is definitely the better of the two. Thanks for posting.

  • Revesby pizza hut is terrible or it was when I ordered two pepperoni lovers recently.

Domino's still king in any town in my book.

Can't really beat $5 value range pizzas unless you cooking pies or eggs or noodles or maybe even discount special price spam ($2.45).

  • so i tried ordering 2 pizzas, but the discount didnt apply?

    • When did you try ordering? This offer is only available on Tuesdays, also their website was being upgraded last Tuesday so there was a period of time where the offer was not working.

      • -1

I tried ordering this morning ..

Lol just realised today is monday

        I thought it was Tuesday

        • Ok so today is tuesday and on the home page of pizza hut i can see it says

          two for tuesday

i pressed on the link and then added two pizzas but it still charge at full price - 2 supreme for $26

anyone know what im doing wrong?

        • @Triton:
I just tested 2 supreme pizzas myself and the offer applied. You should get a pop up message that says “Surprise! We have bundled an offer to your order!”. Perhaps select a different store or use a different device.

        • @melbourne guy:

          thanks
          it worked last tuesday

but today it wont work it says

"Oops! We are experiencing technical difficulties."

at the end of the order

        • @Triton:

          Should work now.

        • @hamza23:

          Thanks…working now

  • thanks OP dinner and tomorrow's lunch sorted

  • on the terms n conditions it says

"Limited to one coupon per transaction"

Does that mean technically if you make multiple transactions/orders ( same coupon code) your fine?

    • I can't see how that wouldn't be fine. I've done a similar thing with Dominos in the past. I had 2 free pizza vouchers, however they would only let me use one per transaction, so I did 2 separate orders, one after the other with no issues.

    • You don't need to. If you order 4 you get 2 for free.

      • Oh right thanks. Ill try that next time

  • Ordering now. Was not allowed to use entertainment book voucher too as min order $50. And cannot be used with another deal…

  • hot and spicy :D

  • Is this offer still available?
    Is it available in store?

  • offer still available and valid. just ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas for lunch for $9.45 total. cheapest lunch for me and the missus in a while (it's normally $25-30 at a restaurant).

  • I think they've just changed their menu. Chicken Supreme is now just $13.95.

  • Just ordered 4 pizzas for $27.90… Thanks OP

  • Price jacked lul

    • Pizza Ninja slips an extra dollar on most of the premium pizzas. WTF!

  • Why is the text on their website exceptionally huge?

It looks like a website designed for old people..

  • Only works with Supreme and Premium now

  • There's now only one vegetarian option and it has aioli on it (not everyone likes wet saucy pizza!!) grrr. And you can't swap toppings!

  • Only worked by ordering direct with Earlwood store fantastic helpful staff, picked up 2 pizzas for $13:95. Marrickville store renegged said online deal only.
