Not OOS, just not available to WA..

      • True thanks

    • +2

No. Just ordered one this morning. Also just checked and several stores near me have stock.

      • Yeap sorry about that

        Cheers

      • Any ideas if JB or HN will price match this in Perth?

        • I saw HN/JB/TGG hav the same $1698 price (perhaps instructions from Hisense to make room for new models?). I very highly doubt they'll price match an eBay discount code. However, you could do your best to haggle it down. Tell them three other retailers have it the same price, so looking to beat them.

TGG have had 20% off eBay before. Perhaps they'll have a deal soon. Who knows.

        • @edshays: Thank you, I might just wait as I'm around 4 weeks away from moving in to my new place anyways

          Cheers for the tip!

        • @Sasuk3:

Just keep in mind new models are coming soon, hence why the price so good. You don't want to buy a new model as you'll be paying about $2500-3000 for a TV that will be almost half that in about a year from now. New models of TV's usually drop around April-May, so just keep that in mind.

Bought it from Appliance Central eBay sale. A day before they increased their price for ebay sale.

        • Thanks for the info

        • Do you mean you timed it perfectly or you added it to cart and then paid once the coupon was active the next day? I've always wondered if the second method worked.

  • Jb Joondalup Perth said best they can do is $1540

    • They wont match coupons

Online price comparisons must include any delivery costs. Exclusions apply for cash back offers and store credits, bonus and bundled promotions, coupon promotions,

    • My JB (Maribyrnong) wouldn’t go near the eBay price. Saying they don’t match online stocks

If any stores in melb can match this, please let me know.

    • JB Mt Gravatt Brisbane said best they can do is $1625

      • Same here in SA GeppsX center, in fact the guy was like “holy shit that’s a good price”

  • This or Sony 55x9000e for same price?

    • I personally would go the Hisense. That's just me. I'd prefer 65 over 55 if we're talking about to LED TVs. If we're talking a 55" OLED vs a 65" LED, it might be different. Even then, 55" a bit too small for me.

      • Yeah I see your point but the only reason I was thinking the Sony as it isn't edge lit and is full array backlight. I hate light bleed from edge lit screens.

        • Fair enough. I've looked at this TV about a million times in store and didn't notice any bleed, which I did notice on the cheaper Hisense models. Maybe more noticeable once set up at home. Who knows.

        • I had the worse luck with TVs over the years with light bleed and now I regret not buying the lg OLED b7 for $1698. Though the size of this makes it a tempting deal.

        • +1

I've been looking at the Sony TVs recently and I've read a few reviews that say the light bleed is actually less on the 8500 and 9300 (both edge lit) than the 9000 (full array). I haven't been able to compare them myself yet, but it's interesting if true.

      • +1

Same thinking process. I bought the Panasonic OLED 55". $1881 from Appliance Central

    • Bit the bait and ordered one. Let's see if I'm finally lucky and get a good tv.

  • +1

Bloody hell that's a good price. I have zero need for it though

    • +1

This is me. I have been trying to get my parents to buy a new TV for about 5 years as they currently have a 720p 42" TV, with it's only HDMI port broken. They called me yesterday about finally wanting a new one, as their Foxtel box was replaced and the new one only has a HDMI, no RCA.

I was very pleased with their timing and got them to get this.

      • See… that's where/why you should buy it! Great price and a need! Just as long as they don't think they can get $400 for the 42" :P

        • Haha I think the tip is the best option for that TV.

        • @edshays:

Put the 42" on Gumtree for the lulz.

"$20 cash if u want it gone 2day mate"

      • I tried to do one better - my oldies 42" Toshiba referb plasma (Graysonline - 9 years and finally carked it) - I tried to sell em my lovely 4 yo 55" LG LCD so I could get a better screen……they saw through me…and bought one for themselves!

        • +2

Mate… you honestly didn't see that coming?

They raised you and made you the person you are, they probably knew exactly what you were up to immediately :P

    • I didn't see this. Is just for postage? Or Bing Lee stores in those areas?

      • They will not deliver to those areas. You must buy in store.

Actually, those places don't have a store. Adelaide for e.g has no Binglee

  • Good price.

I bought 55N7 for $859.35. Good TV.. loving to watch Netflix on it.

65N7 was listed $1435.50 (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/361551) Ebay Good guys

  • Anyone got a work around to get something delivered to Melbourne? Specifically a sink and an air con (split system) both say no delivery to my postcode even though I have previously bought a tv and fridge from bing Lee eBay…. cheers

    • Contact store, i dunno …

  • Gah! I don't NEED this. My 7yo 55in Samsung with a Chromecast services me just fine……..So tempted but no.

I try and tell myself I need it a little bigger (Thats what she said) or that mine is 7 years old and its had a good run but there is no real need.

    • +1

I've got a 10yo 40" Sony and feel the same way. It's started to get clouding in one corner (most noticeable on gray backgrounds) but it still works, it still does 1080p, it's got all the HDMI ports I need, does CEC, etc. I just can't convince myself to replace it.

      • +9

I'd hate for it to have a fall….

      • I'll one up you, I have a 11 year old 40" Samsung LED with a giant line of dead pixels along the bottom of it (thanks to a little one). Still works really great and was refurbed for free about 3.5 years in from Samsung when it broke down outside of warranty. Still just can't let it go! It actually strangely produces great colour, just not deep blacks on moderately/heavily encoded stuff.

  • +3

reckon all bing lee ads should have compulsory rider - NSW only. Save everyone a lot of time

  • Good color accuracy "Hisense 4K ULED TV range will be even brighter and more colourful with a colour gamut of 91.2 percent of Rec.2020 and 99.98 percent of the DCI-P3 colour spaces"

also has local dimming. Dont know how many zones tho..

Doesnt say how many nits but 4000:1 contrast is ok for hdr..

    "0 available / 3 sold

Have they sold all 3 that they had? Buy it now/Add to cart doesn't do diddly

    • -1

Are you in NSW or Melbourne? Otherwise it may not work. I can add it to my cart (Melbourne).

  • -2

Now for the 75" N7 near this price and you have a deal! COME ON!!

  • +1

Anyone know where to buy one that is second best price which ships to QLD? Thanks

  • Bought one yesterday (one of the first buyers) and I haven't heard back about shipping it yet :\

    I'm from Melbourne.

  • Is this a good model with decent hdr

  • +1

Anyone think they could have any luck getting this price matched by a Vic retailer?

    • I’ve tried around the Maribyrnong area. No luck. TGG came very close with $1540 delivered. If you do find one please let me know

      • Which TGG please? Or did you buy it online? Thanks

      • I'd probably take that $1540! That is also a cracking price.

      • At Maribyrnong guys. His name was Brian.

        A true ozbargainer wouldn’t settle on a price higher than $1440 ;)

  • Should I upgrade 42 Panasonic or keep it for a bit longer?

    • Yes upgrade. It's 65 inches and its a good tv with hdr which your panasonic lacks. Put the panasonic in the bedroom where it will shine at night.

  • Old Panasonic plasma or this?

    • Panasonic vierra

  • +1

After a lot of research and I mean a shitload I bought this model october last year

Being the N7 series it has a samsung panel (not the IPS one but the VA panel)

I paid $1886 and I don't regret it at all so if you can get it for the $1440 I would say go for it

My only regret is I couldn't afford the 75 inch model at the time

  • 0 available / 12 sold ~ This item is out of stock

  • damn waited too long and didn't pull the trigger…its now out of stock.

  • Anyone got their TV yet? I put Click and Collect but nothing so far. Thought it would be quicker to pick it up from them than delivery.

    • Before posting this, I ordered and it was available for pickup about 2hrs later. Perhaps they got a rush of orders after I posted this. However, they're all different stores, so I can't imagine it causing too much trouble.

      • Ok well still nothing today. Guess they have to order more from manufacturer.
