probably wont last too long if you put it in the sun and rain.
most people would have it under a pergola or on a covered verandah out of the elements.
having said that a friend of mine has the aldi version he bought about 2 years ago… it is still structurally sound and cushions haven't faded. he keeps his under a covered alfresco.

Bunnings probably paid under $150 for this landed in the country so after freight is taken out this likely costs under $50 to manufacture using the cheapest steel and plastics that can be used.
If you leave it exposed to the elements you might get a year or two but it won't look nice for long.
Bunnings would be paying closer to $25-$50 AUD Landed. If you ever go to a trade show in China, you realise how cheap things can be if you buy by the container, and Bunnings would be buying containers worth of these.

Can anyone suggest a similar setting that WILL stand up to the elements? Location is under a pergola, but still gets some sun for a few hours and rain if the wind blows from the west.
